The full on class is start to finish bamboo rod making class. Split the cane, taper the strips with hand plane and forms. Glue up blank, sand the blank, ferrule the blank, turn the cork, wrap the guides and finish (varnish) the rod. By the end of the class you will have a finished rod to take home and fish.
